Relationships get better when we bring clarity, boundaries, and fast repair, turning everyday friction into forward motion. Then we pair money mindset with mechanics: budgeting, automation, and calm check-ins, to replace scarcity spirals with steady progress. Finally, we protect time and attention by setting limits, decluttering high-friction spaces, and keeping one source of truth for tasks and calendar.

To hold it all together, we choose a single theme, our “full body yes” as a daily filter for commitments and tradeoffs. If it’s not a true yes, it’s a respectful no or not yet.
